FWIW, found this link/site on the misc.survivalism newsgroup. It's by Craig Ellis, who is a doc in New Zealand, IIRC.

I belive that Mr Ellis is a member of this board. I should thank him since the Survival Medical Faq is a great resource and i started Nursing schol after reading it with with the intent of helping my fellow people.
