1) as IV fluid
2) for irrigation
3) for C-spine stabilization
4) cooled, as a ice pack
5) heated, as a hot pack
6) use the bag to make a chest seal
7) use the tubing for probably 101 things... siphon, removing a bee from a kids ear, improvised stethescope, suction apparatus, etc.
8) water fights on slow days
9) catapult foder
10) neck coolers on hot days
11) as a football
12) as sandbags, if you live in flood country and have a lot of them
13) to take pressure off the vena cava during delivery
14) after use - steralize and use bags as improvised OR booties
15) mix w/ AN for instant ice pack
16) as something to serve your partner instead of their expected softdrink on April 1st.
17) for gastric lavage
18) if you save enough bags and send them in, maybe the pharmaceutical company will send you a centrafuge! :)
19) use bag as canteen - heck, it's kind of a mini-camelback system all by itself! - just don't drink the IV fluid... use water.
20) if you have at least 6 bags, fill them with water, paint them black or brown and put them in the sun - solar shower (punch a bunch of holes in the bottom of a can for the shower head.

43) after finding and testing a sprayer head that only sends liquid where you want it to go, as a pesticide dispenser for mosquito control.
44) as a rifle rest
45) as a pillow
46) as improvised collection bag for catheter

We use them quite a bit in the OR to assist with postioning patients...
