Not sure where the front page for this is, possibly the emedicine.com site? Emedicine.com doesn't load well for me so wasn't able to check. Didn't have much luck messing around with the original address. These are what I did find, mostly related to neurology. Seem nicely written and laid out, and the diagnosis steps would be useful even for someone like me in a remote/austere location.
