Short version:
My 50yo wife has AVN (Avascular Necrosis) on her right knee. In terms of overall condition the Dr said her knee was Grade 4. Bone on Bone due to chronic arthritis.
Understand that knee replacements don't last as long on younger folks. So instead of 15 years on a 65 yo, we may be looking a 5 years before re-doing.
Am using this forum as yet another way of making verifying informaion.
Looking for general information starting with expected hospital stay, expected return (time) back to office work, quality of life issues, any/all info you may know.
