Okay... we have heard endless herald of the cayenne... or hot red pepper... and myself, the hotter the better...
Cayenne does many things for the body... one, is warm it..and if too much... it can cause you to sweat.. which is good in some applications where one needs to sweat out toxins or sickness...
A small bit of cayenne in the socks before going in the cold outside... helps keep the feet warm... not to much or you will understand the term... "hot foot" ;-)
Cayenne is great for the heart... it keeps the blood flow... and is useful in a heart attack...
I use cayenne in most of my tinctures for healing (not the tonic ones)... cayenne is the stimulant...
but here on this site is more about cayenne: http://www.healthfree.com/health/newsletter/news5_3a.htm
CAYENNE: EMERGENCY USES
FOR GANGRENE:
Fill a large tub with very hot, purified water. Combine 4oz.of Cayenne Blend Powder, 4oz. of Ginger Root Powder and 4 oz.
of Mustard Seed powder inside a large sock and tie off open end. Put it in the tub of hot water like a big tea bag. Squeeze it often while you are using the tub to soak the infected member.
At the same time, have a five gallon bucket on hand filled with cold purified water plus 10 to 20 pounds of ice. A garbage bin
with a plastic bag can also be used. Put the infected appendage into the very hot herbal bath for 5 to 10 minutes and then immediately into the cold bucket for another 3 to 5 minutes. Do at least 6 repetitions of the procedure. After the first 2, you will need to make a very hot tub again. You will find your tolerance for "hot" much improves by the 2nd or 3rd repetition, so make it as hot as you can stand it. The herbal sock would simply get transferred form one hot bucket to the next - it should last even if you knead it often.
This procedure is effective with any deep infection of the legs or arms.
EMERGENCY INTERNAL DOSAGE OF CAYENNE POWDER
One heaping tablespoon in 12-16 ounces of warm purified water. This is advised for congestive heart failure. Powder can also be poured on cuts, even very deep ones, for almost instant stoppage of the bleeding.(It does sting a little bit but not nearly as bad as alcohol or idodine).
CAYENNE TINCTURE DOSAGE
Apply liberally on wound to stop bleeding.
HEART ATTACKS
Start at 3 droppersful if person is unconscious, then add more as response begins. A natural healer, who was very practiced with the use of cayenne, found one of his patients stone-cold and slate blue, sitting in his car, out in the parking lot. He used 12 dropperfuls to revive him.
Every emergency kit should have at least 1 bottle of Cayenne Tincture, a bag of Cayenne Powder Blend and Lobelia Tea & Concentrate. When an emergency arises and there is doubt as to what herbal remedy to use, alternate cayenne and lobelia with one-half hour in between.
CAYENNE BENEFITS
Stops bleeding NOW, Heart Attack, Stroke, Shock, Fainting, Dizziness, Weakness and Confusion.
