I have used for years, Dr. John Christopher's book ~~ Natural Healing...

it is expensive at $40.00... but it offers wonderful reading and plenty of herbal remedies in the back from prostrate to ointments for chickweekd slave...

the book describes the most common used herbs with recipes and remedies involving that herb and others...

I have made and USE many of his remedies with wonderful results!!!!

one can buy at better herbal stores and on line of course, Dr. Christopher's various and many formulas... for years (until 2 years ago) Nature's Way sold Dr. Christopher's formulas... now the right goes back to the family...

one of his more famous students is Professor Cayenne... Dr. Richard Schulze... maybe you have heard of him
