errors in pdf

on page 94 of the pdf of the survival and austere Medicine text linked from the forum here, I noticed that the frequency of tuning fork was said to be 124 Mhz, which should be 124 Hz.

on page 96 I am getting the message "unacknowledged text file"


since I'm just starting here, I looked for occurrences of the subject on this site, but did not find them.

I see it too - at the bottom of the drawing of how to make a bandage. I don't think it's especially significant unless something was left out.

I was just reporting, didn't correct anything, wasn't sure how to go further than reporting.

looks like the pdf was translated from a word file, the translation program
probably could not find a net link where the error message shows.

No it doesnt mean that.
I saved the file having found it somewhere on the net. I had no idea where when I came to use it, and didnt know who to credit for it - hence the comment - nothing is missing.

I remember a possible error on the blood cross match drawings and photos, forget the terms, but the clumping one appears to be swapped at some points
