I have read through the site promoting this device and feel that I must join in with the Medical Corps folks in warning against what is in my opinion nothing more than a scam.
I am a firm believer in the healing power of prayer and regard myself as a practicing Christian. But I cannot in good concience recommend a "prayer machine" that purports to provide protection against anthrax and other biological agents based upon "crystalline structure" resonance issuing from what is essentially a software program.
