Since publication of "The Book" several mirror sites have popped up to serve different (i.e. non-English speaking) markets. This thread lists such locations.

So, has the book been translated into Arabic and Russian or are they simply hosting a English version of it?

They seem to be hosting English language versions. However, translations are being worked on, albeit slowly.
