I talked to the maker today about The TriCuff. RR can talk more about it since i havent used it. Its swedich price is 1625 sek = about 160$. Shipping and handling about 40$.

Wow! Those have gone up in price! I used to sell them along with a German manometer for about $170 USD.

The Tri-cuff is nice because it has a specificity rate of nearly 96% accuracy vs. approximately 80-85% for a standard cuff. The difference is the proper sizing for the diameter of the arm. Undersizing gives a false high and oversizing a false low reading.

The Tri-cuff used a clip to select the proper bladder size for the arm, ensuring a much better fit. I bought them for my service and used them extensively, even with a Propaq unit, to good effect.
