From 3 to Phase 4 which is a huge difference, folks. The US documented cases doubled ovefrnight from 20 to 40 which to me is an insignificant number to produce the resulting WHO, CDC, and HOmeland Security responses we have seen in the last few days. Makes one wonder how under-reported all this stuff really is.
