I just wanted to say thank you for all your efforts in keeping this place going. I know it's not the busiest place on the web, but I keep referring folks here as a step in their medical education (those that have the itch ;) ).

I think a major reason this place is so slow is that it doesn't readily show up on searches and while our book is all over the place, the places that list or link to it don't link to us.

Maybe we should search for the book and ask those listing or hosting it to link to us too.

Yeah, OK, but publicity/ popularity is not always a good thing. I just wish we had more members that would post... research papers, situations they faced, anything.
I keep referring folks here, because it's my favorite site, because the information posted here is peer reviewed and good, and because you hold to a philosophy that I espouse, you don't need letters behind your name to be able to learn medicine. In fact, I don't know anyplace else I would entrust them to.
Thanks for doing what you do, and for allowing me to be your student.
