There is a forum there called Remote Medicine Course. Inside you'll find several threads related to the course, which is in the process of being "constructed" for lack of a better term.

A few people with expertise in different areas have offered to assist within their areas of expertise. They are developing their end of things. pa4ortho has set up a file sharing site which has a LOT of material that can be used for differing aspects of the course.

The course is as stated being laid out. It is a work in progress, you haven't missed anything save that you may wish to read what is available thus far and toss out an idea or two. We are a ways yet from establishing definitive dates and times for real-time interaction. The first step for many people is going to be acquainting themselves with medical terminology such as will be used throughout the course.
