Well, they did it again - another book in the "Ridiculously Simple" series - this one came out in 2000, and is quite good for it's rather slim 109 pages. Covers reading basic X-Ray films w/ only passing mention of ultrasound, CT and MRI. Focuses on things most likely to be seen in an ER or ward and skips the more esoteric. Good photo's of X-Ray films showing both normal and injured that are complemented with cartoon line drawings exagerating the points to look for...
and - YIKES! Medmaster is asking $24.95 for it!, try your local med school bookstore - I'm sure I didn't pay that much for it! Thought it was in the $12-15 range...
