for eye tracking, you need an eye tracker. commercial ones look expensive. I'm sure it's possible to home-brew and I know software that recognizes and can track movements on a camera is available. artists use it. it will also work with a head pointer or a mouse. PC or Linux at the moment, looks like they are planning to port it to digital assistants. Looks like a good way to take notes. does character prediction and will offer a character to complete words as the most likely next used. supports custom dictionaries.
