Of special interest is a downloadable PDF of the currentEmergency Response Guidebook (http://hazmat.dot.gov/erg2000/erg2000.pdf). This text should be available to every emergency responder.

is it just me or are others having problems viewing placards in this publication? I am also having problems viewing the detail of train cars, etc. in MHMI. Suspect it was the resolution of the pdf scan to keep file size small, but it might be my system or settings.
