Update: while registration is again open if your address, email, etc is anything but straightforward it gets deleted along with the spam..... UNLESS you send an email ahead of time advising that yours is a legitimate registration.

Those wishing to register should send an email to me. The last time I left registration open I had to delete literally several hundred spam registrations from the former USSR over the course of 30 days or so.
